For now, Missaglia Art Studio delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at the moment.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class for a flat rate of £3.95 per order. Delivery is free on orders over £75.00, and the free delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

Every painting is carefully packed and dispatched within 3-4 working days, although it is usually on its way within one working day. Delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class then usually takes 2-3 working days. You will receive an email with the delivery details once your order has left the studio.

If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to let me know you would like to return your painting. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Please return it in its original packaging and in its original condition, using a tracked and insured service. Your statutory rights are not affected. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.

If you return a painting because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the painting arrives back with me in its original condition, I will issue your refund within 14 days. The refund includes the original standard delivery charge. If your painting arrives damaged or is not as described, I will cover the return postage.

Each painting is handmade in the studio using acrylic and mixed media on paper. That is why every piece is one of a kind, and why no two paintings are ever exactly the same.

Each painting has a short video on its product page so you can see the real artwork up close: the texture of the paint, the layers and how the colours look as the light changes. Photos cannot always show this, and because every painting is one of a kind, the video helps you choose the piece you love before you buy.

Yes, every painting is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. Each comes with a mount and a natural-finish wooden frame included, so it is ready to hang as soon as it arrives. The framed size is approximately 33 x 42.5 cm (13 x 16.7 in).

I photograph every painting as faithfully as I can, but colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. The video on each product page is a helpful second look at how the colours and texture appear in real light.

Hang your painting away from direct sunlight, heat and damp so the colours stay beautiful for years. Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid cleaning products or water on the paper itself.
