Orders and Delivery
Missaglia Art Studio sells original, handmade paintings. Each painting is one of a kind, and the colours you see on screen may vary slightly from the finished artwork. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class for a flat rate of £3.95 per order, and delivery is free on orders over £75.00. Your painting will be dispatched within 3-4 working days of your order, although we aim to send it within one working day, and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Privacy & Safety
Missaglia Art Studio values the privacy of its visitors and customers. We only use the personal information you give us to process and deliver your order and to reply to your questions. We do not sell your information, and we keep it secure.
Returns and Refunds
Returns: If you change your mind, you must contact Missaglia Art Studio within 14 days of the day you receive your painting to tell us you wish to return it, and you must then send it back within 14 days of that notice. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and original condition, using a tracked and insured service. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the painting arrives damaged or is not as described.
Refunds: Once the returned painting has been received and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. The refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Paid upgrades are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your painting arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the painting and its packaging, and we will arrange a refund and cover the return postage.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
